Du berätst, begleitest und unterstützt Eltern/Erziehungsberechtigte mit Säuglingen und Kleinkindern in Fragen zur Entwicklung, Pflege, Ernährung und Erziehung. Eine lebhafte und abwechslungsreiche Arbeit im sozialen Umfeld von Familien mit Kindern aus verschiedenen Kulturen erwartet dich.
dein Profil:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung Frühe Kindheit oder Mütter-Väter-Beraterin und mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung
- Du verfügst über eine hohe Sozialkompetenz und sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Du bringst eine selbständige Arbeitsweise mit
- Du denkst und handelst vernetzt
- Du kannst sehr gut mit M-Office Programmen arbeiten
deine Aufgaben:
- Kontaktaufnahme mit den Familien nach Geburt / Zuzug inkl. Nachfassen
- Organisation und Durchführung der Beratungen im Zentrum
- Hausbesuche, E-Mail- & Telefonische Beratungen
- Dokumentation und Pflege der MVB4-Datenbank
- Allgemeine Administration
- Kommunikation und Vernetzung mit den Verantwortlichen der verschiedenen Fachstellen
- Ansprechperson und Vernetzung mit Hebammen der Gemeinde und der Spitäler
