Analista de Rede Junior II Descrição: Atividades: Responsável diariamente pelo Suporte da empresa, atuando nos incidentes e problemas que podem ter existido durante o período nos clientes. Análisar e entender o monitoramento via Zabbix de equipamentos firewalls e links das operadoras de internet Atendimento das demandas de incidentes com Nível 1, requisições de serviços e mudanças seguindo a metodologia, garantindo o cumprimento do SLA e satisfação dos clientes da empresa. Efetuar conforme solicitações configurações de N1 em firewalls Sophos, Fortigate e Sonicwall e antivirus. Atendimento das demandas de incidentes de Nível 2 em desktops, requisições de serviço e mudanças seguindo a metodologia, garantindo o cumprimento do SLA e satisfação de cliente HelpDesk. Requisitos: Experiências em Rede/ HelpDesk, regras de firewall e Cursando o superior. Salário: R$ 1900,00/R$2100,00 Vale Alimentação: R$ 180,00 Vale Refeição: R$ 28,00 ao dia. Vale Transporte Seguro de Vida corporativo (sem desconto) Plano de Saúde após 3 meses com desconto de 35% do valor Plano de Trabalho/ Carreira Certificações em fabricantes através da empresa Horário de segunda a sexta de 08:00 às 17:45 – local SP, possibilidade de horas extras
