Responsabilidades:

Atendimento ao cliente por diversos canais (telefone, e-mail, chat, WhatsApp), garantindo um suporte de alta qualidade;
Esclarecimento de dúvidas sobre produtos e serviços, resolução de problemas e acompanhamento de solicitações;
Gestão de reclamações, buscando soluções rápidas e eficientes, mantendo um bom relacionamento com os clientes;
Registro e acompanhamento de chamados no sistema CRM;
Elaboração de relatórios de performance e indicadores de atendimento;
Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de atendimento, identificando oportunidades de otimização;
Apoiar na integração de novas tecnologias e ferramentas para o aprimoramento do atendimento ao cliente.


Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo ou cursando em áreas relacionadas (Administração, Comunicação, Marketing, etc.);
  • Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente ou áreas de relacionamento;
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de CRM e atendimento omnichannel;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Habilidade para resolução de problemas e gerenciamento de conflitos;
  • Proatividade, organização e foco em resultados.


Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com atendimento em empresas de médio ou grande porte;
  • Habilidade com ferramentas de automação de atendimento (chatbots, CRM avançado);
