Local: São Paulo (SP) | Modelo híbrido em Morumbi, com disponibilidade para viagens (2030% do tempo).

Responsabilidades:

  • Identificar e prospectar sellers de máquinas, peças, ferramentas, drones e serviços especializados no agronegócio.
  • Apresentar o Conecta como canal digital de vendas, firmar contratos e garantir um onboarding eficiente.
  • Desenvolver e manter uma lista de potenciais sellers, priorizando fit digital e potencial de vendas.
  • Focar em parcerias estratégicas com grandes fabricantes e fornecedores (John Deere, Jacto, DJI, etc.).
  • Acompanhar as vendas online dos sellers e garantir a adaptação à plataforma.
  • Colaborar com times internos (Comercial, Marketing, Operações) para impulsionar as vendas.
  • Monitorar KPIs e reportar resultados à liderança comercial.
