SEU DIA A DIA: Responsável por auditar as manutenções realizadas em todos os restaurantes do grupo, focando na prevenção e aplicação de treinamentos. Supervisionar contratos de serviços de manutenção e fornecer apoio técnico às lojas, garantindo a conformidade com os padrões estabelecidos. ESCOPO DA VAGA: AUDITORIA E TREINAMENTO - 75% do tempo Realizar auditorias das manutenções realizadas, garantindo a conformidade e a qualidade dos serviços. Desenvolver e aplicar treinamentos para a equipe de manutenção, promovendo boas práticas. Supervisionar contratos de serviços de manutenção, garantindo o cumprimento dos termos acordados. Elaborar relatórios detalhados sobre o desempenho das manutenções e sugestões de melhorias. SUPORTE TÉCNICO - 25% do tempo Fornecer suporte técnico às lojas, solucionando problemas e otimizando processos de manutenção. Colaborar com outras equipes para garantir a integração dos processos operacionais.
