  • Experiência prévia com suporte ao cliente ou analista de teste.

Você irá se diferenciar se tiver:

  • Idioma Inglês ou espanhol;
  • Conhecimento das soluções SoftExpert.
  • Esclarecer dúvidas quanto ao funcionamento e recursos das aplicações SoftExpert;
  • Simular situações reportadas pelo cliente com o objetivo de identificar a causa dos incidentes;
  • Registrar todos os incidentes reportados pelos clientes;
  • Buscar apoio e envolvimento de outras áreas da SoftExpert (Desenvolvimento, Tecnologia) para resolução de incidentes, quando necessário;
  • Ajudar no mapeamento e validação procedimentos preventivos e corretivos em ambientes computacionais;
  • Interagir com a TI do cliente ou sua designada.
