Department Operations LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor) LocationBrazil - São Paulo

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

About the Team: Responsible for ensuring that main projects and operational adjustments are carried out in accordance with the companys strategies. We want to become a complete platform, with a wide variety of services and products. Job Description:
  • Plan and implement CS flows for new financial products and improvements in current products;
  • Identify business opportunities, conduct in-depth analysis, and implement new solutions and UX improvements;
  • Help to deliver strategic and tactical initiatives to drive growth and cost reduction;
  • Assist workstreams in high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment, with concrete and tangible deliverables;
  • Interact with teams from different areas and countries;
  • Establish a relationship with Financial Institutions, Acquirers and Service Providers;
  • Ensure the backend system reflects the correct transactions per order by reconciliation payments;
  • Conference and reconciliation of Refunds and fees;
  • Identify and follow up on issues or anomalies in reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree;
  • Advanced English (speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory);
  • Experience in Credit (FIDC operation);
  • Advanced Excel knowledge; Basic SQL and Python would be a plus, data-driven profile.
