- Desejável pós-graduação ou MBA na área de atuação.
- Habilidade em ferramentas de gestão e prospecção de novos negócios (CRM).
- Conhecimento em vendas consultivas e complexas, preferencialmente no segmento de tecnologia e soluções fiscais.
- Familiaridade com metodologias de vendas, como Spin Selling.
- Capacidade de levantar e analisar dados para propor soluções personalizadas.
- Conhecimento aprofundado nas soluções e serviços Synchro.
