Estamos em busca de um Operador para juntar-se ao nosso time de ECommerce!
Esta pessoa será responsável por atender chamados de primeiro nível via telefone e e-mail, tratando diretamente com clientes e parceiros do sistema.

Principais Atividades

  • Atendimento e suporte via telefone e e-mail.
  • Suporte e manutenção das aplicações nos sistemas de produção e teste do e-Commerce.
  • Controle rígido de chamados (abertura, registro de atividades e fechamento).
  • Instalação de aplicativos IMS (E.Client, Painel de controle, Emptor Query e etc).
  • Criação e configuração de contas FTP / SFTP.
  • Monitoramento visual e via sistema de toda a linha de produção do e-Commerce.
  • Organização e documentação de atividades e processos operacionais.

O que Buscamos?

  • Experiência mínima de 1 ano em serviços EDI ou serviços B2B.
  • Cursando ou formado em qualquer curso superior de tecnologia.
  • Ferramentas Pacote Microsoft Office, em especial Excel.
  • Conhecimento básico de Windows incluindo Server.
  • Conhecimento e administração de FTP Server / IIS Server (FTP).
  • Experiência de suporte com acesso remoto (Ex: Remote Desktop, Team Viewer e etc).
  • Conhecimento e manipulação de arquivos e layouts EDI.
  • Conhecimento básico SQL Server (T-SQL).

E ótima comunicação (verbal / escrita), organização, conhecimento de conceitos EDI, responsabilidade e proatividade!
