Amazon Brasil is looking for a strategic thinker and execution-focused Senior Manager who is highly motivated with leadership experience and a strong Air Operations background. Air transportation is a critical Middle-Mile solution in Amazons logistics network, rapidly connecting Fulfillment Centers to Last Mile delivery services. This role will be working directly with and as part of the Air BR Senior Leadership and will take ownership for the rhythm of the Air Operations. You will be a key member of the team responsible for the air carriers operation performance. Design innovative lanes, cost-effective transportation solutions to enhance delivery speed and efficiency. Work with international teams, gain unique e-commerce logistics insights, and drive Amazons expansion in this dynamic market. Guide the Air Operational Control Center, an advanced mechanism that provides complete, real-time visibility of the supply chain, coordinating all logistics operations. Drive efficiency, safety, and on-time performance while managing a skilled team. Leverage data insights to enhance network performance and customer satisfaction. The role will be based in Sao Paulo - SP. Key job responsibilities:: Drive operational excellence and performance of air carriers, Design innovative, cost-effective air transportation solutions, Oversee the Air Operational Control Center for real-time supply chain visibility, Manage and develop a high-performing team , Collaborate with international stakeholders to drive e-commerce logistics innovation, Leverage data analytics to enhance network efficiency and customer satisfaction, Ensure safety compliance and on-time performance, Contribute to strategic expansion of Amazons air network in Brazil.
