  • Ensino médio completo;

  • Experiência no atendimento via chat;

Propósito do cargo:

Conduzir atendimentos de passageiros e empresas, com o objetivo de garantir que o cliente tomou a melhor decisão ao escolher a Fretadão.


Como Fretonauta você será responsável por:

  • Atender aos passageiros, coordenadores de fretamento (empresas), transportadores, RH, facilities, reclamações e orientações do dia a dia;
  • Gerenciar o cadastro de passageiros (cancelamentos, alterações de linha, alteração de endereços);
  • Emitir a segunda via de cobranças, análises de pagamento, cálculos de pró-rata e gestão financeira para os clientes (passageiros, transportadores);
  • Monitorar em tempo real das linhas;
  • Orientar os times de dentro da empresa sobre melhor condução de soluções do dia a dia relacionados ao atendimento;
  • Revisar e ajustes de escala de veículos quando necessita de ajuste dentro o admim.
  • Fazer pesquisas de satisfação com passageiros;
  • Fazer plantões com a área de Onboarding e Safety (atividade externa).
