A&M Infra

A área tem como objetivo atuar em todo o ciclo de vida de projetos de capital intensivo (grandes empreendimentos, projetos de logística, mineração, energia, O&G, entre outros). A atuação da A&M vai desde o suporte a estruturação de projetos, participação em processos M&A relacionados a ativos de infraestrutura, passa por todas as etapas de desenvolvimento/implantação de um projeto e segue até a gestão do ativo.

Área:

A Comunicação Estratégica é dedicada a facilitar a comunicação entre as partes, simplificando situações complexas. A atuação se divide em dois grandes focos: 1) Disputas e Arbitragens, onde trabalha em momentos de decisões jurídicas importantes, mantendo contato direto com juízes e advogados para garantir clareza e objetividade; 2) Meio Corporativo: aplica-se a mesma lógica ao contexto corporativo, participando de propostas importantes e complexas ao longo de todo o ciclo de vida dos projetos. O objetivo da área é tornar a comunicação estratégica mais eficiente e compreensível em todas as etapas e situações.

Dia a dia:

  • Contato direto com o cliente de forma crítica a fim de proporcionar um melhor entedimento de conteúdos complexos (voltados para engenharia, legal e para o meio corporativo)
  • Organizar e simplificar as demandas recebidas, tornado-as mais claras e compreensíveis

  • Background em Engenharia, Arquitetura ou Comunicação
  • Profissional com habilidades analíticas e forte aptidão para trabalhar com números, capaz de interpretar dados complexos e gerar insights precisos para apoiar decisões estratégicas.
