Principais atividades: - Atuar em empresa de móveis de alto padrão que atua há mais de 30 anos no segmento de móveis planejados; - Realizar cadastro de novos clientes, que entraram em contato via mídias sociais ou contato telefônico; - Acompanhamento e envio da carteira e relatórios semanais fabrica; - Controle das agendas visitas e disponibilidade das salas; - Acompanhar o check list das salas de atendimento, organização, limpeza; - Reorganização das salas, após reunião; - Acompanhamento da equipe de limpeza; - Auxiliar no serviço de copa; - Contato com fornecedor para novos pedidos de insumos para o showroom; - Vistoria para abertura de chamado para manutenção do showroom; - Recebimento do malote; - Recepcionar os clientes e visitantes, oferecendo café, água; - Direcionamento das chamadas; - Direcionamento dos novos clientes para atendimento; - Controle e entrada de veículos. Requisitos: Experiência com atendimento ao cliente. Ter atuação com administrativo, financeiro, recepcionista ou áreas afins. Ter boa comunicação oral e escrita e q ue tenha iniciativa diante de imprevistos. Perfil ágil, dinâmica, simpática e postura profissional. Ter capacidade em se manter calma em situações de stress. Saber trabalhar em equipe, ser organizada e multitarefas. Assumir Responsabilidades. E espírito de liderança. Conhecimento com Pacote office: Word / powerpoint / Excel, nível Intermediário. Inglês básico ou intermediário (Diferencial). Ter fácil acesso a região de Alphaville. Disponibilidade para Início imediato. Observações da Vaga: Horário de trabalho: Segunda a Sexta das 10:00 às 19:15 e Sábado das 09:15 às 17:00. Domingos a loja é fechada. Salário: R$ 2.000,00 a R$ 3.000,00 + Benefícios: V.T desconto 6% + V.A no valor de 211,00 mês + seguro de vida.
