Atividades: Coordenar a equipe de atendimento da gráfica, garantindo a eficiência e qualidade no atendimento ao público. • Gerenciar o fluxo de trabalho, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos e a satisfação dos clientes. • Resolver problemas e lidar com reclamações, oferecendo soluções rápidas e eficazes. • Treinar e orientar a equipe para garantir um padrão elevado de atendimento. • Auxiliar no desenvolvimento de estratégias para melhorar a experiência do cliente e fidelizar a clientela. • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho relacionados ao atendimento.
