What youll do in this role
- Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and incident response plans.
- Analyze incidents and make improvements based on the analysis.
- Design and implement security controls for networks, systems, and applications handling sensitive data.
- Recommend and evaluate security tools.
- Develop and maintain security policies ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO).
- Work with legal and IT teams to align security requirements.
- Communicate risks and recommendations to management and provide regular reports to the CFO and stakeholders.

- 5+ years of experience in information security management.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and best practices, particularly those relevant to legal data.
- Experience with risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response in a legal context.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant educational background and/or certifications.
- Experience with ISO 27001 audits.
- B2 or higher level of English language.
