RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES
Atendimento receptivo de voz, chat e e-mail para suporte ao cliente referente aos produtos e serviços de anúncios em mídias sociais. Em cada atendimento prestado, poderá tratar diferentes tipos de situações indicadas pelo cliente e utilizará de sistemas para realização de registros e atendimento. Se necessário o especialista poderá entrar em contato com o cliente por voz para atendimento personalizado. REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES
  • Ter no mínimo 18 anos de idade;
  • Ter no mínimo o Ensino Médio Completo (superior cursando ou completo será um diferencial);
  • Boa comunicação;
  • Conhecimentos básicos em informática e digitação;
  • Experiência em Call Center será um diferencial;
  • Conhecimento em marketing digital será um diferencial;
  • Ter inglês nível Intermediário (haverá testes);
  • Ter Espanhol Fluente ( Haverá testes );
  • Necessário residir próximo ou ter fácil acesso a Unidade Nova São Paulo (Zona Sul de São Paulo).

HORÁRIO DE TRABALHO
Matutino/Vespertino/Noturno
Obs. Podem ocorrer variações de acordo com a disponibilidade da operação. JORNADA DE TRABALHO
180h mês | Escala 6x1 com folgas alternadas Home Office - necessário residir em São Paulo.
