Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in program or project management, strategy, or a related field involving partner development or go-to-market initiatives.
  
• Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently in order to communicate with local external partners.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in management consulting or business development.
  
• Understanding of partner needs and a focus on delivering impactful results.
  
• Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, global environment and adjust quickly to changing priorities.

As the Program Manager, you will shape go-to-market strategies and propel the growth of our Partner Ecosystem team. Youll collaborate with RWJs cross-functional leadership to deliver on scaled programs that help foster a thriving partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Business Development, Global Product Solutions, gTech, and Product teams to launch and/or scale successful partner programs.
• Design comprehensive cross-vertical strategies and actionable playbooks to drive partner onboarding, enablement, and growth.
• Analyze program performance, identify growth areas, and report insights to leadership.
• Build relationships and drive alignment across teams to promote partner initiatives.
