Responsável pelo atendimento ao cliente diretamente ou por telefone, assistindo-os nos processos da agência (esclarecimentos sobre seus produtos e serviços, sua conta, serviços de caixa, atualização cadastral, utilização de caixa eletrônico dentre outros), bem como ofertando e esclarecendo dúvidas sobre os produtos e serviços oferecidos pela Instituição e ainda, fornecendo suporte à gerência na prospecção de novos clientes e negociação de produtos e serviços, no intuito de contribuir para o resultado e atingimento das metas estabelecidas.


Promover o atendimento aos clientes. Prestar suporte telefônico aos clientes. Suprir as necessidades dos clientes. Contribuir para o resultado e atingimento das metas estabelecidas. Auxiliar na elaboração das propostas comerciais de produtos e serviços aos clientes. Apoiar na manutenção do cadastro dos clientes atualizados. Direcionar e agilizar o atendimento aos clientes. Assistir clientes no suporte aos acessos e utilização de meios eletrônicos. Auxiliar o cliente na regularização de seus débitos. Formalizar as propostas de renegociação aprovadas.


Requisitos:


Ensino Superior: Área: Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis e/ou áreas afins.

Desejável: CPA 10 e residir em Belo Horizonte.


Informática (Pacote Office: Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook), Instituições financeiras, cooperativas financeiras, Produtos e serviços financeiros, Técnicas de vendas.
