Sobre a posição:

Buscamos um(a) profissional sênior para liderar a absorção de conhecimento técnico durante a fase de desenvolvimento, garantindo uma transição eficiente para a equipe de sustentação (AMS). Será a ponte entre o time de projeto e a operação, assegurando que as práticas e artefatos sejam adaptados para a realidade da sustentação.


Responsabilidades

  • Participar de code reviews e análise de especificações técnicas dos RICEFWs críticos.
  • Liderar a criação de documentação operacional (runbooks, troubleshooting guides).
  • Ser ponto focal entre Arquitetura e Sustentação.
  • Mentorar e direcionar o time de sustentação durante o knowledge transfer.
  • Adaptar artefatos do projeto para formatos aplicáveis à operação.
  • Garantir alinhamento contínuo com parceiros e stakeholders.


Requisitos

  • Experiência sólida em operação de sistemas SAP (S/4HANA).
  • Atuação em liderança técnica de equipes de sustentação (AMS).
  • Vivência em projetos de migração ou implementação SAP.
