Sr Manager, Talent Development - Coaching Facilitation

As Senior manager, People and Culture you will design, deliver and measure a portfolio of global programs, processes and experiences that build talent and organizational capability, improve leadership, team and organization effectiveness, strengthen culture and enhance the team member experience.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Partner closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners on the execution of Talent processes, the development of our High Potential team members and identification of needs and solutions to critical leadership and organizational development issues
• Build organizational effectiveness strategies and other culture-related initiatives including coaching, team effectiveness and change management interventions in order to engage, motivate, retain and maximize team member performance
• Design and deliver custom solutions, roadmaps and interventions for leaders to enhance their performance and enhance organizational culture
• Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to continue to increase leadership awareness, commitment and accountability for building and sustaining an inclusive culture by addressing identified areas of improvement and creating an environment of belonging for all team members
• Build credible relationships with senior stakeholders and influence leaders to engage in cultural development as a critical component to accomplishing business outcomes
• Develop and implement digital learning solutions to drive our digital learning strategy, delivering impactful learning experiences and fostering continuous learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development required;
  Masters or Coaching Certification preferred
• A minimum of 10+ years of related experience in Organizational Development function, preferably in a complex, multi-site organization
• Coaching facilitation experience
• Embodies a coaching mindset , cultivates trust and safety, and cares deeply about improving our team members’ lives by building exceptional leaders and teams
• Demonstrated ability and experience in being a trusted advisor, asking probing questions to get at root issues, influencing effectively, confidently making recommendations to improve the effectiveness of a team / organization
• It is desired a certification in OD and/ or two or more assessment/feedback instruments (MBTI, EQ, DiSC, Hogan, 360)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels with ability to persuade and influence
• Demonstrated ability to develop, analyze and interpret data, driving thoughtful recommendations and actions
• Ability to influence, negotiate and manage multiple stakeholders, often with competing interests and timelines for action effectively with Leadership and all levels of the organization
• Advanced English and Spanish;
  Portuguese is desired
