SR Sales Manager

  • Management, leadership, and development of the KA´s team
  • Implementation of brand and category strategies in the top clients
  • Great Understanding and Influence in Execution at POS
  • Develop, Implement and Track the Business Plan
  • Manage volume/value sales and profitability for KA´s
  • Prepare and implement trade agreements
  • Lead and manage CCT (Customer Care Team), involving the areas of Supply, Finance, Pricing and Trade Marketing

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Marketing/Engineer/Economics/Communication
  • Post-graduation is desirable
  • Advanced English level (written and spoken)
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point
  • Experience in similar positions at Consumer companies
  • Experience in Trade MKT as a differential
  • People management expertise
  • Financial skills (ROI, Investment Efficiency, P&L understanding)
  • E-commerce Knowledge – desirable.
