Os desafios da função são:
Responsável pelos departamentos comerciais, realizando a gestão das equipes, garantindo a execução dos procedimentos operacionais e a entrega dos resultados.
- Mobilizar e treinar sua equipe para o melhor atendimento ao cliente;
- Garantir o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas;
- Diagnosticar e propor alternativas que melhorem resultados;
- Garantir todos os procedimentos de Visual Merchandising;
- Garantir a execução de procedimentos operacionais, alterações de preços, reposição de produtos e organização dos departamentos;
- Acompanhar a concorrência, sugerir ações comerciais e melhoria em produtos;
- Definir planejamento de horários, escalas e banco de horas da loja junto com equipe gerencial;
- Conduzir reuniões com a equipe de loja;
- Selecionar e treinar novos colaboradores;
- Aplicar treinamentos conforme padrão da empresa;
- Realizar a avaliação de desempenho e feedback para colaboradores;
- Identificar e desenvolver os talentos para sucessão (PRI);
- Acompanhar visitas de outras áreas da empresa;
- Abrir ou fechar a loja conforme escala.
