Buscamos um(a) RH Generalista para atuar de forma estratégica e operacional, apoiando a gestão de pessoas e fortalecendo nossa cultura organizacional nas unidades.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Recrutamento e seleção de diferentes níveis de cargos;

  • Integração de novos colaboradores;

  • Gestão de ponto, benefícios e folha (apoio ao DP);

  • Apoio em treinamentos e desenvolvimento;

  • Gestão de clima organizacional e apoio à liderança;

  • Elaboração de relatórios e indicadores de RH;

  • Apoio em políticas internas e compliance trabalhista.


    Formação em Administração, Psicologia, Gestão de RH ou áreas correlatas;

    Experiência generalista em RH;

    Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista;

    Pacote Office intermediário (Excel especialmente).

    Diferenciais:

    • Experiência em sistemas de folha e ponto eletrônico.

    • Participação em projetos de desenvolvimento organizacional.

    • Vivência generalista em RH;
