- Agendar instalações e visitas técnicas dos clientes.

- Solucionar problemas simples relacionados à conexão de internet;

- Encaminhar problemas mais complexos ou que necessitam de atendimento técnico para a equipe responsável.

- Auxiliar na realização de atividades administrativas quando necessário.
