Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for regional delivery performance by making strategies on rider engagement and tracking real-time performance and make adjustment of restaurants.
• Build and refine the logic that powers surge activation across restaurant-level, zone-level, and event-based triggers.
• Collaborate with product and BI to define surge eligibility rules, thresholds, and automation opportunities.
• Monitor system performance to evaluate if surge logic is correctly balancing cost, availability, and service quality. Identify edge cases and problem patterns across markets (e.g. rainy days, local festivals) and work on systematic response models.
• Benchmark industry practices and propose improvements to current surge framework.

✅ Requirements:

• This position is open to graduates whose graduation dates fall between November 2025 and October 2026.
• Good English communication for the daily work and contact with foreign team.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills and comfortable with data dashboards.
• Organization and proactivity, with a great willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
