Job description

  • Executar atividades no Laboratório Metalúrgico relacionadas ao controle da qualidade metalúrgica das peças fabricadas na CINPAL e zelar pela manutenção, organização e segurança no Laboratório.

Main responsibilities

  • Corte de peças para análise;
  • Preparação metalográfica de amostras (Retífica, lixa, polimento e ataque químico);
  • Operação de equipamentos de ensaios mecânicos e metalúrgicos, tais como, durômetros, máquina de tração, microscópio, espectrômetro etc.;
  • Registro de dados e resultados em planilhas de controle;
  • Auxiliar na manutenção, limpeza e segurança do laboratório e seus equipamentos;
  • Manuseio e preparação de soluções ácidas para análises metalográficas.

Requirements and skills

  • Técnico em Metalurgia (em andamento);
  • Conhecimento em rotinas de laboratório;
  • Pacote Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Segurança em Laboratório.

Desejável:

  • Técnico em Metalurgia (completo);
  • Inglês (Intermediário – Avançado);
  • Curso de Metrologia;
  • 5S;
  • Talha e ponte rolante.
