About this RoleAs aClient Services Analyst, you will play a key role on the front lines, supporting clients across different product lines, ensuring efficient and accurate issue resolution, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our operational and servicing processes. Acting as an extension of our clients, you will help strengthen Webull’s position as an innovative leader in the investment industry.Key Responsibilities:Answer phones and communicate with clients via email and chat, resolving inquiries related to account opening, funding, withdrawals, transfers, margin, and trading.Support client onboarding, ensuring accurate documentation review and timely account opening.Assist clients across multiple product lines, including equities, options, crypto, and other financial products offered by Webull.Monitor daily operational processes related to accounts, banking, and trading to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Use client feedback to collaborate with internal teams (Product, Technology, Compliance, Operations) to streamline and improve processes.Contribute to the development and maintenance of FAQs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure service quality and consistency.Continuously review and optimize operating procedures to maintain high service standards.Follow all compliance and risk procedures, including documented risk controls and escalation protocols, while adhering to corporate and industry standards.Support ad hoc initiatives such as process improvements, product testing, and service optimization projects.Qualifications :Bachelor’s Degree.2–5 years of experience in a relevant field (client services, fintech, brokerage, or financial services).CPA-20 certification is a plus.Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.Motivated, proactive, and collaborative, with a positive and professional demeanor.SkillsMotivated, proactive, and collaborative.Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail.Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and relationship management skills.Positive, professional demeanor and sound judgment.Benefits:AtWebull Brazil, we provide a competitive compensation package and benefits designed to support both your professional and personal growth:100% employer-paid Medical and Dental Insurance.Flash Benefits card.Wellhub (or equivalent) membership for wellness and fitness.Annual performance-based bonus.All benefits required under Brazilian Labor Law (CLT).
