About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned litigation counsel to join our Brazil legal team. This role will focus on managing and coordinating a wide range of dispute resolution matters across the country, while providing strategic legal support to our business teams. The ideal candidate is a litigation expert with a solid track record in handling complex cases, demonstrating both legal excellence and sound business judgment . We value professionals who can combine strong procedural expertise with a broader, business-oriented perspective


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation disputes in Brazil, including but not limited to civil, commercial, consumer, and labor matters
  • Provide strategic advice and develop effective litigation strategies in alignment with the company’s business goals
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to assess litigation risks and support preventive measures


Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years of post-qualification experience in litigation and dispute resolution
  • Proven experience handling complex civil or strategic disputes involving multiple stakeholders
  • Native-level Portuguese and advanced English
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and cross-border teams.
  • Experience working in or advising technology-driven, fast-growth companies is a plus
