Vaga: Monitor da Qualidade (somente para residentes em Macaé-RJ)

Horário: Segunda-feira a Sexta-feira - 08:00 as 17:00 Sábados em escala alternada, de 08:00 as 12:00

Carga horária: 44h semanais REQUISITOS: Capacidade de lidar com situações estressantes; Familiaridade com os procedimentos e serviços de internet; Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita; Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão; Conhecimento em Excel intermediário; Habilidade em gerar relatórios e gráficos; Capacidade de analisar dados e propor melhorias nos processos; Facilidade em se comunicar e trabalhar em equipe.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES INICIAIS: Desenvolver e atualizar relatórios gerenciais; Identificar e propor melhorias para otimizar a eficiência dos processos; Analisar indicadores de desempenho e corrigir problemas operacionais; Ouvir atendimentos e participar de auditorias

Criar estratégias para reduzir falhas operacionais

Capacidade de análise de custos e acompanhamento operacional
