Missão:

Executar a abertura, alteração e baixas de empresas, cadastrar e manter informações em órgãos fiscalizadores, emitir certidões e taxas, e prestar consultoria em ramos de atividades. Garantir a renovação de licenças, analisar os certificados digitais e realizar reuniões de alinhamento com novos clientes.

Escolaridade:

Ensino superior em andamento ou completo em áreas correlatas.

Informática: Intermediária

(Windows, MS Office, Domínio, Onvio, Gesta, Portal do Cliente)

  • Realizar abertura, alteração e baixas de empresas no DF e demais estados, através das plataformas de Juntas Comerciais e Receita Federal (diariamente)
  • Cadastro em órgãos/conselhos fiscalizadores, quando necessário
  • Manutenção do SICAF
  • Emissão de certidões negativas, quando necessário
  • Consultoria em escolhas de ramos de atividades, além de outras dúvidas e demandas de clientes
  • Envios de informações para clientes através dos canais de comunicação disponíveis (mensalmente)
  • Realizar cadastro e acompanhamento dos clientes no SICAF e CNES
  • Cadastro e acompanhamento de informações dos clientes no INPI, quando necessário
  • Emitir e cadastrar TFE e demais taxas
  • Acompanhar, solicitar e emitir certificados digitais de clientes
  • Garantir a renovação de licenças sanitárias e de bombeiros para clientes
  • Levantar pendências cartoriais e de sistemas de crédito para clientes
  • Executar reuniões de alinhamento com novos clientes, quando necessário
  • Executar outras atribuições inerentes ao cargo.
