Principais responsabilidades: Atuar na organização e gestão do backlog do produto; Gestão de trabalho dos times de criação e desenvolvimento de implementação de e-commerce ou software; Coordenar e gerenciar reuniões de planejamento de sprints; Responsável por levantar especificações do negócio; Organizar as sprints de criação e desenvolvimento; Transitar entre as áreas de negócio e tecnologia; Gerir capacidade do time desenvolvimento atuante; Gestão de homologação, propor melhorias de processo, revisão de sprints e entregas consolidadas; Atendimento ao cliente. Requisitos e Skills: Conhecimento / experiência em Scrum e metodologias ágeis; Conhecimento / experiência em metodologia PMBOK; Experiência com Trello ou similar; Experiência com ferramenta(s) de cronograma (Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, etc); Experiência com lista de requisitos técnicos e funcionais; Experiência / vivência com gestão de time e tarefas; Inglês - Fluência em conversação e escrita; Desejável conhecimento em e-commerce; Desejável conhecimento em plataforma VTEX. Desejável conhecimento em UI/UX Design; Desejável graduação/ pós graduação / MBA em gestão de projeto. Horário de Trabalho: De segunda à sexta-feira, das 9h às 18h.
