Como Porteiro, sua principal responsabilidade será realizar a fiscalização de atividades nas área comuns, garantindo a segurança, o bom funcionamento e a organização dos espaços.

Será necessário acompanhar e orientar o trabalho dos colaboradores, certificando-se de que os procedimentos e normas estabelecidas pela empresa sejam seguidos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Monitorar e fiscalizar as dependências, garantindo a segurança e integridade do patrimônio;
  • Controlar o acesso de pessoas e veículos, verificando identidades e autorizações;
  • Realizar rondas periódicas para verificar possíveis irregularidades;
  • Identificar e reportar situações de risco ou perigo;
  • Zelar pelo cumprimento das normas de segurança estabelecidas pelo condomínio;
  • Orientar funcionários e visitantes sobre as normas de segurança e procedimentos internos.

Habilidades Necessárias:

  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e com bom relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Excelente habilidade de comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização e proatividade;
  • Capacidade de manter a calma e o controle emocional em situações de pressão;
  • Conhecimento em medidas de prevenção e combate a incêndios;
  • Conhecimento em primeiros socorros.
