· Atendimento ao cliente em situações emergenciais: devoluções, reclamações, pedidos especiais

· Controle de estoque, acompanhamento do inventário, análise de compras para reposição de mercadorias

· Suporte a abertura e fechamento de caixa

· Elaboração de relatório de vendas e gestão de resultados

· Liderança de pessoas: gestão de desempenho, elaboração de quadro de férias e folgas, desenvolvimento de pessoas

· Recrutamento da equipe: triagens, entrevistas e desligamentos

· Manter-se atualizado e comunicar os objetivos do negócio com a equipe

· Manter a organização e limpeza do espaço físico: ponto de venda e exposição de produtos

· Realização de reuniões gerenciais e feedbacks semanalmente

· Conhecer o público alvo do ponto de venda com o objetivo de adequar o formato de atendimento

· Foco em resultado financeiro de metas e performance.

· Proatividade

*Esperado: 80% do trabalho em investimento de pessoas, 20% do trabalho em administrativo.

Pagamento: R$2.500,00 - R$3.500,00 por mês
