Atender os clientes, em especial na entrada da loja, sempre com sorriso no rosto; Operar o sistema de circuito fechado de televisão (CFTV); Realizar checklist a fim de identificar e resolver irregularidades com equipamentos de combate a incêndio, equipamentos de prevenção de perdas e manutenção de estrutura física, a fim de zelar pela segurança de clientes, visitantes e colaboradores; Garantir os procedimentos de segurança na entrada e saída de colaboradores e equipes terceirizadas; Denunciar todos os casos de discriminação, preconceito, assédio e agressão (física ou verbal) que presencie ou tome conhecimento; Garantir um bom ambiente de trabalho, zelando por relações harmoniosas e respeitosas com todos os colaboradores e clientes; Prevenir as quebras de produtos e furtos, através de medidas preventivas estabelecidas em políticas e manuais internos.
