  • Ensino superior concluído ou em curso;
  • Experiência como secretária executiva;
  • Inglês a partir de intermediário (e-mails e ligações);
  • Será considerado um diferencial experiência em escritório jurídico.
  • Atender os sócios da área Tributária;
  • Preparar e secretariar reuniões, conselhos, elaborando atas e resoluções e mantendo a agenda sempre atualizada;
  • Atuar no controle de contas a pagar, contatos com clientes;
  • Auxiliar nas tarefas administrativas e gerenciar informações;
  • Ser responsável pelas compras e reservas de passagens aéreas, hospedagens, reserva de automóvel, diárias, adiantamentos e outras providências relativas a viagens nacionais e Internacionais;
  • Ser ponto focal do relacionamento com agências de viagens;
  • Controlar o recebimento e emissão de correspondência, registrar e distribuir documentos;
  • Elaborar ofícios, memorandos e relatórios;
  • Atuar na organização de arquivos e fluxo de documentos diários;
  • Realizar pagamentos e reembolsos;
  • Lançar informações sobre pagamentos no sistema;
  • Orientar sobre lançamentos e reembolso para demais advogados da equipe;
  • Cuidar das agendas pessoais dos executivos;
  • Assessorar o executivo e sua família no tocante a quaisquer demandas pessoais apresentadas.
