  • Experiência básica em Manutenção Predial;
  • Ensino médio;
  • Possuir disponibilidade de horário e quando necessário final de semana;

  • Auxiliar o Pedreiro, eletricista, jardineiro e o Montador em suas atividades de acordo com cronograma e necessidades;
  • Atividades diversas referente a manutenção predial;
  • Auxiliar na conservação, organização, retirada de materiais, entulhos e limpeza;
  • Serviços de pintura, limpeza de caixa, capinagem e roçagem;
  • Transporte, retirada de materiais de Obras e limpeza de galpão;
  • Acompanhar serviços de terceiros;
  • Experiência básicas em atividades gerais de manutenção predial;
  • Atenções nas orientações dos integrantes da equipe, em relação a manuseio de ferramentas e formas de execução das atribuições;
