Estamos em busca de um(a) Consultor(a) SAP SD para atuação em projeto estratégico de uma empresa multinacional. A missão será apoiar o time global de suporte AMS na resolução de tickets complexos e represados, contribuindo diretamente para a estabilidade dos processos de negócio.

Atividades:

  • Atuar na análise e resolução de tickets complexos no módulo SAP SD;
  • Interagir com o time global de suporte (AMS) para alinhamento técnico e funcional;
  • Conduzir investigações técnicas junto a áreas correlatas para solução de incidentes;
  • Sugerir melhorias e ajustes em processos de venda e distribuição baseados nas ocorrências;
  • Apoiar na documentação técnica e funcional conforme necessário.
