O que buscamos:

  • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente.
  • Supervisor(a) de Call Center (diferencial).
  • Excel intermediário.
  • Conhecimento nas ferramentas: Miro, Bizagi ou ferramentas correlatas.
  • Perfil analítico.
  • Garantir o atendimento ao cliente externo, com prontidão e senso de urgência;
  • Gerar relatórios mensais e de possíveis visitas a campo;
  • Participar de treinamento, reuniões e apresentações de resultados;
  • Analisar KPI e processos, propondo soluções e melhoria continua dos processos existentes;
  • Mapear e diagnosticar gaps de chamados abertos, buscando evoluir o processo e visibilidade para as áreas;
  • Canais de Atendimento: Reclame Aqui, SAC (0800), Fale Conosco e Redes Sociais.
  • Auxiliar na proposição de soluções e na elaboração de planos de ação;
  • Acompanhar indicadores operacionais junto ao nosso parceiro (EPS).
