Estamos em busca de uma Recepcionista para integrar nossa equipe e garantir uma experiência acolhedora e profissional para nossos clientes e visitantes.

Horário de segunda a sexta das 09h00 as 19h00.

Local: Centro de Belo Horizonte.

Principais Responsabilidades:

Atender e recepcionar pacientes, visitantes e fornecedores com cordialidade. Gerenciar ligações telefônicas, e-mails e encaminhamentos de mensagens via WhastApp (audio e vídeo). Organizar e manter a área de recepção limpa e apresentável. Agendar consultas (controle de agenda). Controlar o acesso de pacientes e funcionários. Fornecer informações sobre a empresa e os serviços oferecidos. Realizar tarefas administrativas básicas.

Requisitos:

Ensino médio completo (ensino superior será considerado um diferencial). Experiência prévia na função de recepcionista ou áreas relacionadas. Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita. Proatividade, organização e atenção aos detalhes. Conhecimento básico de informática (Pacote Office e sistemas de gestão). Habilidade em lidar com situações de pressão e manter uma atitude profissional.
