Planejar, distribuir e acompanhar as atividades diárias da produção de móveis (marcenaria, montagem, acabamento e expedição). Garantir a execução dos processos produtivos conforme desenhos técnicos e especificações. Monitorar o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega e agir para corrigir eventuais desvios. Supervisionar o uso adequado de materiais e insumos, evitando desperdícios. Liderar a equipe de produção, orientando, treinando e motivando os colaboradores. Controlar a qualidade dos produtos em todas as etapas da fabricação. Identificar melhorias nos processos para aumentar a eficiência e reduzir custos. Zelar pela organização, limpeza e segurança no ambiente de trabalho (5S). Realizar reuniões periódicas com a equipe para alinhamento de metas e feedbacks. Cumprir e fazer cumprir as normas internas, políticas de qualidade e segurança do trabalho.
