Consultoria de Recursos Humanos admite Analista de C S em Campinas.

Responsabilidades:

* Ser o ponto focal entre o cliente e os departamentos internos (logística, produção, financeiro e comercial). * Garantir comunicação clara, precisa e proativa com os clientes. * Esclarecer dúvidas técnicas sobre produtos e aplicações. * Atuar no fechamento de vendas, negociação e oferta de soluções. * Acompanhar o status de produção e logística dos pedidos em andamento. * Atualizar o cliente sobre prazos, disponibilidade e condições comerciais. * Processar pedidos no sistema (CRM/ERP) e enviar confirmações. * Monitorar e repassar ao time interno informações sobre status de pedidos e previsões de faturamento. * Consultar o financeiro sobre crédito do cliente e liberações. * Participar de reuniões internas e com clientes para alinhamento e resolução de demandas. * Registrar reclamações e solicitações de clientes. * Liberar pedidos para embalagem e faturamento conforme instruções. * Auxiliar na gestão de performance dos distribuidores parceiros.
