Estamos em busca de um(a) Gestor(a) de Tráfego Pago para planejar, executar e otimizar campanhas de mídia digital com foco em geração de leads, conversão e crescimento. Essa pessoa será responsável por gerenciar o orçamento de mídia, garantir ROI positivo e atuar com visão estratégica ao lado do time de marketing e vendas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Planejar e gerenciar campanhas pagas nas principais plataformas: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, entre outras
  • Acompanhar e analisar métricas de performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.) e propor otimizações contínuas
  • Criar testes A/B de criativos, públicos e landing pages
  • Integrar campanhas com estratégias de funil de vendas e CRM
  • Produzir relatórios com dados acionáveis e insights estratégicos
  • Coordenar o uso eficiente do budget mensal de mídia

Requisitos:

  • Experiência comprovada em gestão de tráfego pago e performance digital
  • Domínio das plataformas Google Ads e Meta Ads
  • Conhecimento de métricas de mídia, pixel, tag manager, eventos e remarketing
  • Experiência com funis de aquisição, campanhas de lead e e-commerce
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de análise (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.)

Desejável:

  • Certificações Google/META
  • Experiência com gestão de verba alta e diferentes segmentos
  • Conhecimento básico de SEO e CRO
  • Noções de copywriting e design para briefing de criativos
