Principais atividades e responsabilidades:

Principais atividades e responsabilidades:

> O profissional será responsável por apoiar a execução de projetos, instalar, configurar e administrar redes de computadores;

> Apoiar a gerência no dimensionando de requisitos de sistemas e infraestrutura de rede, monitorando e avaliando o desempenho global.

> Prestar suporte técnico em nível 1 e treinamento ao usuário;

> Elaborar e manter atualizada a documentação técnica;

> Acionar suporte de terceiros, instalar e configurar softwares e hardware;

> Realizar a triagem e priorização dos chamados em sistema de atendimento de tickets;

> Apoiar a gestão dos diversos ativos de rede;

> Executar outras tarefas relacionadas com o cargo, a critério da Gerência de TI.

Pré-requisitos:

> Ensino superior completo ou em curso no último ano em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, ou áreas afins.

> Experiência comprovada com suporte técnico a usuário em Nivel 1 de pelo menos 01 ano.

> Experiência prévia com administração de redes Windows.

> Experiência na gestão de infraestrutura de redes Lan, Wan.

> Experiência na gestão de ativos de rede (Firewalls, Proxy, Switches Gerenciáveis e Acess Point).

Tipo de vaga: Efetivo CLT

Pagamento: R$2.500,00 - R$3.500,00 por mês
