Requisitos

Residir em Maceió/AL; Graduação completa em Administração, Marketing, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas; Experiência em cargos de Gestão; Ter gerenciado múltiplas unidades será considerado um diferencial; Disponibilidade para viagens entre AL e PE; Habilidade com uso de sistemas; Domínio Pacote Office; Habilidade com Indicadores Comerciais

Atividades

Gerencia e supervisiona as atividades de vendas referente as estratégias e diretrizes de comercialização dos produtos e serviços, coordenando as 8 lojas do grupo; Ter domínio do regulamento operacional, para que assim possa desenvolver estratégias para rentabilizar o grupo dentro das oportunidades encontradas; Desenvolver estudos sobre potencial de vendas, visando a ampliação do volume de negócios; Acompanhar a performance da equipe, analisar a tendencia de vendas, bem como os indicadores comerciais; Planejar, criar, executar e mensurar as ações realizadas para o alcance dos resultados; Fazer levantamento das necessidades de treinamento, bem como executar junto ao time; Garantir a execução das políticas do Grupo; Apoiar o RH, sendo parceiro na execução das demandas no que se refere a Recrutamento e Seleção, bem como atividades inerentes a Gestão de Pessoas; Outras atividades pertinentes ao cargo.
