Requisitos

Ensino superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas; Desejável especialização em Supply Chain, Gestão Estratégica e MBA Executivo; Experiência m Gestão de Suprimentos, com passagem por construtoras ou empresas de obras civis; Vivência anterior em almoxarifado será considerada um diferencial; Visão sistêmica e foco em resultados; Comunicação assertiva e negociação estratégica

Atividades

Definir estratégias de compras e contratação de serviços; liderar e desenvolver o Auxiliar de Suprimentos; analisar tecnicamente materiais e fornecedores junto à Engenharia e Projetos; prospectar e qualificar fornecedores estratégicos; implementar e acompanhar KPIs da área; integrar compras e almoxarifado, garantindo controle de estoque; utilizar Power BI e sistema Sienge (desejável) para decisões baseadas em dados; conduzir negociações com ética e eficiência; apoiar a Engenharia na viabilidade de soluções construtivas; cobrar cumprimento de prazos e padrões dos engenheiros; implementar categorias estratégicas e políticas sustentáveis; monitorar e mitigar riscos para evitar paralisações nas obras.
