Requisitos

Conhecimento e experiência anterior na função; Certificação na área; Escolaridade Mínima: Ensino Médio (2º Grau).

Atividades

Inspeção visual e dimensional Verifica a qualidade da solda, identificando defeitos como trincas, porosidade e falta de fusão; Aplicação de Ensaios Não Destrutivos (END) Supervisiona testes como ultrassom, líquido penetrante, partículas magnéticas e radiografia para avaliar a integridade da solda; Verificação de materiais e processos Confere se os eletrodos, gases e metais de base estão conforme as especificações do projeto; Leitura de normas e especificações técnicas Garante que a soldagem esteja de acordo com padrões como ASME, AWS, API e ABNT; Acompanhamento da execução da soldagem Supervisiona o trabalho dos soldadores, verificando a temperatura, sequência de soldagem e parâmetros utilizados; Emissão de relatórios técnicos Registra as inspeções, testes e recomendações para correção de falhas.
