Requisitos

Estamos em busca de um(a) Supervisor Comercial com perfil dinâmico, proativo e voltado para resultados, para liderar nossa equipe de atendimento e impulsionar o crescimento da clínica. Experiência comprovada na área comercial, preferencialmente em clínicas de saúde ou estética; Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM; Habilidade em gestão de equipes e liderança; Conhecimento em técnicas de vendas e negociação; Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, empatia e foco em metas; Ensino médio completo. Experiência em clínicas de saúde e estética será um diferencial.

Atividades

Elaborar as estratégias e as ações de vendas para garantir o atingimento das metas; Garantir Rotinas de Setor; Executa as ações de vendas (atendimento, negociação, fechamento e pré- venda); Acompanhar e analisar metas, indicadores de performance e resultados; Prospectar clientes e parcerias; Elaborar estratégias para captação e fidelização de pacientes; Liderar e apoia a equipe comercial na execução das ações e no desenvolvimento individual; Atuar e garantir a execução das ações de digital; Realizar treinamentos e acompanhamento da equipe comercial.

Benefícios

SALÁRIO: R$ 2.000,00;

BENEFÍCIOS: Transporte + Bonificação por Performance (média de 800,00 a 1.800,00) + Saúde Odontológica; HORÁRIO: Segunda a Sábado (44hs semanais); LOCAL DE TRABALHO: Jatiúca.
