Requisitos

Ensino Superior em Hotelaria, Turismo, Administração ou áreas correlatas; Experiência na área de Hotelaria será um grande diferencial; Possuir outros idiomas também será considerado diferencial; Possuir fluência verbal, capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal, liderança, capacidade de assumir responsabilidade, senso de organização, dinamismo, motivar equipe e resolver conflitos.

Atividades

Definir políticas de atendimento a clientes, Supervisionar serviços de reservas, da recepção e ventos; Supervisionar serviços de governança e de outras funções; Controlar qualidade dos serviços e inspecionar apresentação pessoal dos funcionários; Definir padrões de serviços em hotéis, Definir prioridades de execução dos serviços, Tratar sugestões e reclamações de clientes, Medir satisfação do cliente, Coordenar atividade de armazenamento de alimentos e bebidas; Definir critérios de avaliação dos serviços, Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, Definir equipes de trabalho, Promover reuniões da equipe, entre outras atividades.
