Requisitos

Graduação completa em Marketing, Publicidade, Administração ou áreas correlatas; Pós-graduação ou MBA será considerado um diferencial; Pelo menos 3 anos como coordenador ou gestor de marketing; Desejável vivência no setor da construção civil, especialmente com imóveis de alto padrão; Tráfego pago (Meta Ads e Google Ads), funil de vendas, CRM e ferramentas de automação; Conhecimento prático de redes sociais, branding, campanhas institucionais e lançamentos imobiliários; Habilidade com leitura de dados e indicadores de desempenho.

Atividades

Planejar e executar o plano de marketing da empresa, com foco em lançamentos e vendas de empreendimentos de alto padrão; Gerir campanhas institucionais e promocionais (online e offline), garantindo alinhamento com o posicionamento da marca; Coordenar a criação de materiais gráficos, vídeos, folders e sinalizações para stands e empreendimentos; Liderar ações de marketing digital: mídia paga, redes sociais, inbound marketing, SEO e campanhas em portais imobiliários; Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe comercial, engenharia e diretoria para traçar estratégias assertivas; Supervisionar o relacionamento com agências, fornecedores e parceiros de mídia; Acompanhar e analisar KPIs e métricas para otimizar campanhas e melhorar o ROI; Apoiar na organização de eventos de lançamento, feiras e ações em stands de vendas.
