Requisitos

Experiência prévia com atendimento ao cliente, cobrança ou negociação; Boa comunicação verbal e escrita; Habilidade em argumentação, persuasão e escuta ativa; Organização e domínio de ferramentas básicas (Pacote Office, CRMs, etc.); Conhecimento básico em contratos de financiamento e direito do consumidor (diferencial); Noções de direito do consumidor; Domínio de Excel e Word; Vivência com sistemas de CRM.

Atividades

Negociar diretamente com instituições financeiras, buscando acordos extrajudiciais vantajosos para os clientes; Registrar todas as etapas da negociação em sistema, mantendo o cliente e os setores internos informados; Apoiar o setor jurídico com informações e documentos para instrução de processos; Acompanhar acordos firmados, garantindo formalização e cumprimento; Trabalhar em equipe para bater metas mensais de fechamento e satisfação do cliente.

Benefícios

Local de trabalho: Maceió - AL; Segunda a quinta: 8h às 18h (com 1h de intervalo); Sexta-feira: 8h às 17h

Salário: R$ 1.500,00 fixo + comissão; Vale Refeição; Vale Transporte; Day off no aniversário.
